Just bought — where do I start?
Once you have transferred the amount and submitted the bank's tracking code on your order page, we match the transfer against our bank account — usually within a few hours — and your licence key is issued and appears under Licences in your dashboard. We notify you as soon as it is approved; there is nothing else you need to ask us for.
On each licence card, the Reveal key button uncovers the key. Every reveal is recorded in your account's security log, so open it where nobody is looking over your shoulder, and never post a screenshot of the full key in a public channel.
Download the installer from the download page inside the same account. The latest stable build is always there; do not run files passed around anywhere else, as they are neither current nor trustworthy.
Requirements and installation
xFinity is a Windows suite built for FiveM and FiveM-like platforms. Before anything else, fully close the game and its own launcher; running them at the same time is the single most common reason our software will not start.
Extract the archive into its own permanent folder on disk — not inside the archive preview window and not into a temporary folder. Do not rename the files or separate them; the software expects them to sit together.
Run the software as administrator. If your antivirus or Windows security quarantines the file, that is normal for this class of software: add the installation folder to your exclusions, then download again, because a quarantined file is left incomplete.
Activating your licence, and what a HWID is
Run the software, sign in with the same account you bought with, and enter your key. Until the first run the licence status is Pending activation; the first successful run flips it to Active, and your plan's clock starts from that point.
A HWID, or hardware ID, is a fingerprint derived from the components of your machine. On first activation the licence binds to that ID and from then on works only on that device. Each licence also covers one product; a second product needs its own licence.
If you entered the key on the wrong machine, do not buy again. Open a ticket in your dashboard first — the fix is usually a simple device change.
Changing device, swapping parts, reinstalling Windows
Your device-change allowance depends on your plan: the 1-day plan has none, the 1-month plan gets one change per quarter, and the lifetime plan gets four per quarter. If you need more than that, send us a ticket and we will look at it.
Reinstalling Windows, replacing a motherboard or drive, and sometimes even a large system update can change your hardware ID. The result is that the software no longer recognises your machine and reports a device mismatch; this is not a sign that your licence is broken.
When it happens, use your plan's device-change allowance. If the allowance is used up, or your plan has none, open a ticket and tell us what changed on the machine.
Payment: card-to-card, and how prices work
Payment is by card-to-card transfer from any Iranian bank card. After checkout your order page shows our card and the exact Toman amount; you have 24 hours to transfer it and submit the bank's tracking code with the last four digits of your card. We never ask for your CVV2, PIN or online-banking password. Crypto payment through NOWPayments is currently unavailable.
All prices are set in USD. The Toman amount shown under each price — the amount a card-to-card payment is made in — follows the live USDT/Toman market rate, refreshed every minute and rounded up to the next thousand. Your order fixes the amount when you place it. The rate is the public market price on an Iranian exchange (Wallex), not an official exchange rate.
There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal, and no payment method is stored for future charges. Your plan simply expires at the end of its term, and if you want to continue you buy again yourself.
Key delivery, stuck payments and underpayments
Your key is issued as soon as your payment is confirmed. For a card-to-card payment we match your transfer against our bank account after you submit the tracking code, usually within a few hours.
If your order is still marked Pending payment, do not pay a second time. Check that you submitted the bank's tracking code and your card's last four digits on the order page — if your receipt was not accepted, the reason is shown there and you can correct it. If it is still stuck, open a ticket with your order ID and the tracking code.
If less than the amount on your order arrives, the payment is not approved and no key is issued. Open a ticket here too and include the tracking code, so we can review the order manually and resolve it.
Refunds
Within 7 days of purchase, if the licence key has not been activated on any device, you get a full refund. Just open a ticket under the billing category and include your order ID.
Once activated, the licence is bound to hardware and counts as used; from that point the 7-day refund no longer applies. If you are unsure before activating, ask us then and we will work it out with you.
If the fault is ours — for example a product you purchased is unavailable beyond our stated availability — we make it right unconditionally. Refunds go back by the same method you paid with.
The launcher will not start, or an update stalls
Start with the simple things: fully close the game and its launcher, run the software as administrator, and if it still will not start, restart Windows once so any copy left in memory is cleared.
If an update stops halfway, something is almost always blocking writes to the installation folder: antivirus, Windows security, or running the program from a folder without write access. Add the folder to your exclusions and take a fresh copy from the download page.
If the software reports a network error, check your connection, VPN and DNS, then try again. If it persists, open a ticket with a screenshot of the error and the rough time it happened — those two things let us find your request in our logs.
How to read licence error messages
Expired means the plan's term has ended. The expiry date is shown on the licence card in your dashboard; since there is no auto-renewal, continuing means making a new purchase.
Device mismatch means the current hardware ID is not the one the licence is bound to. If you changed a component or reinstalled Windows, use your device-change allowance; if you did neither, first make sure you are on your usual machine.
Banned means the licence has been disabled, and where a reason has been recorded it is shown on the same card. Open a ticket so we can review the case — buying a new licence will not resolve it.
Account and security
Turn on two-factor authentication from your profile page so that knowing your password alone is not enough to get into your account. Backup codes are displayed only once and there is no second copy, so save them somewhere safe at that moment.
If you have forgotten your password, request a reset from the sign-in page. For privacy reasons the confirmation message is always the same and never reveals whether an account exists. Passwords are hashed with argon2id and are not reversible, which means even we cannot read your password or send it to you.
Your account's active sessions are listed in your profile; if you do not recognise one, end it there and change your password. Changing your account email is not done on the site — request it through a ticket.
Service status and pre-release products
Before each run, check the status page. Each product shows one of these states: active, updating, do not run, or under maintenance. If it says do not run, take it at face value and wait until it returns to active.
The status page reports over a rolling 90-day window, so you can see both the current state and the trend of the past few months in one place.
Some products have not been released yet; instead of selling, these collect a waitlist. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and does not reserve a licence.
Reaching a human
The fastest route is a support ticket in your dashboard at /dashboard/tickets, answered 24/7. Pick the right category — billing, technical, account or other — and include your order ID, the bank tracking code or transaction hash, or a screenshot of the error in your first message, so there is less back and forth.
Our Discord and Telegram are for community conversation and announcements. Never post your licence key, password or backup codes there; anything involving your account is handled through tickets only. For email correspondence, support@xfinitylabs.ir is available.
To report abuse — unauthorised resale, someone impersonating us, or a tampered file distributed under our name — write to abuse@xfinitylabs.ir and attach whatever evidence you have.
