Refund Policy

When you get your money back in full, when you don't, and why the line sits exactly where it does.

The policy in three sentences

If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and the licence key has not been activated on any device, we refund the full order amount. You do not need to give a reason.

If the key has been activated, or more than 7 days have passed since purchase, no refund is due — unless the fault is ours, which is covered in its own section below.

These terms are identical for every Xfinity product — xFinity IRFive, xFinity VMP, xFinity FiveM and the spoofer, cleaner and optimizer tools — and for every plan.

What "activated" actually means

Every licence key binds to the hardware ID (HWID) of the machine it is first launched on. The moment that binding is recorded, the key counts as activated.

Buying, receiving the key, and even downloading the software are not activation on their own. As long as you have not launched the software and the key is bound to no hardware, your licence is unactivated and qualifies for the 7-day refund.

Each licence shows its state in your dashboard, including whether it is bound to any hardware. If you are unsure, open a ticket and ask before you launch the software — after launch there is no way back.

Why an activated key is not refundable

Our product is software and its delivery is irreversible: the key is issued as soon as your payment is confirmed. Once activated, the key is bound to your hardware and you have effectively used the product. That use cannot be handed back or resold.

This is why activation is our clear line: full refund before it, none after it. The line is applied the same way to every customer — no friendly exceptions and no arbitrary strictness.

Before you activate, ask us anything about whether the product fits your system or your use case. Support tickets are answered 24/7 and asking costs you nothing.

When the fault is ours

If the fault is ours, we make it right unconditionally. For example, if a product you purchased is unavailable beyond our stated availability, we will extend the plan, replace it, or refund it, depending on the case.

In that situation neither an activated key nor the passing of 7 days stands in the way. The time limit and the unactivated condition exist for buyer's remorse, not for cases where we failed to deliver what we promised.

The public status page reports over a rolling 90-day window and is the shared reference for both of us. If you believe something on our side did not work, mention the date and time in your ticket so it can be checked against those records.

Refunds go back the way you paid

A refund goes back by the same method you paid with. A card-to-card payment is refunded by bank card transfer; a crypto payment, whenever that option is offered, is refunded in the same asset you paid with.

Prices are set in USD. A card-to-card refund is the Toman amount you transferred. A crypto refund is calculated from the USD order amount and sent in the same asset; because crypto rates move, the quantity you receive may not match the quantity you sent, and we do not cover exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund.

For a crypto refund, the network fee for sending the refund transaction is yours and is deducted from the amount. The Toman figure shown under prices follows the live USDT/Toman market rate: the amount fixed on your order is what a card-to-card payment is made in, but for a crypto payment it is only indicative and never the basis of a refund.

For a crypto refund, the destination address you give us must support that exact asset and network. Sending to the wrong address or the wrong network is irreversible on-chain, so check the address twice before you send it.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket at /dashboard/tickets and include your order number. A short note about why you are asking speeds things up, but it is not required for the 7-day unactivated-key refund.

In the same ticket, tell us where the refund should go: the card number to transfer it to for a card-to-card payment, or the destination wallet address and the network for a crypto payment. If you cannot sign in to your account, write to [email protected] from the email address you purchased with.

A message on Discord or Telegram is not a formal request. Those are for conversation and guidance; refunds are only recorded and processed through a support ticket or the support email.

Processing time

Tickets are answered 24/7. Once we receive your request we check the order and the activation state of the key, then tell you the outcome in the same ticket. If we need more information to decide, we ask there, and a quick reply from you shortens the process.

Once approved, the refund is sent. A card transfer reaches the card within the banks' usual transfer times. How long a crypto refund takes to reach your wallet depends on the crypto network rather than on us; on TRC20 it is usually very fast, and on busier networks it can take longer.

For a crypto refund we post the transaction hash in the ticket so you can follow it on-chain yourself. The ticket stays open until the refund has been sent.

What happens to the licence

When a refund is issued, the licence for that order is revoked. The key stops working, its hardware binding is removed, and the software will no longer run with it.

You cannot take the refund and keep the access; they are not both on the table. If the licence is part of an order containing several products, state clearly in the ticket which item you want returned.

Your account is not closed, and the order and licence history stays in it for reference. You are free to buy again whenever you want.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

A card-to-card transfer is final once you make it, and a crypto transaction is irreversible on-chain; neither has a chargeback mechanism, so there is no such thing as a chargeback on an Xfinity purchase. The only route back is a refund we issue ourselves — and this policy defines when that happens.

If you think something went wrong with a payment — a wrong amount, a duplicate payment, a receipt that was not accepted, or a transfer that never attached to an order — open a ticket with your order number and the bank tracking code (for a crypto payment, the transaction hash). We will investigate and, if confirmed, put it right.

If you believe someone made a purchase from your account, card or wallet without your permission, tell us immediately through a ticket or at [email protected] so we can review and secure the account and its licences.

Refund or device reset?

Most messages that start with "it stopped working" are really device-change requests, not refund requests. If you reinstalled Windows, swapped a hardware component, or moved to another machine, the hardware ID changes and a licence bound to the old one will no longer run. That is not a broken product, and a refund is not the fix.

The device-change allowance depends on your plan: the 1-day plan has none, the 1-month plan allows 1 per quarter, and the lifetime plan allows 4 per quarter. You perform the change from your own dashboard, and if your allowance is used up you can request additional resets from support.

Try this route before opening a refund request. It usually takes a few minutes, leaves your licence intact, and saves your gaming session.

Waitlists, expiry, and no auto-renewal

Some products are not released yet and collect a waitlist rather than selling. Joining a waitlist involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund; you can remove yourself from it whenever you like.

There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and no stored payment methods. A plan simply expires at the end of its term; there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged for a renewal you did not ask for.

For the same reason there is no such request as "cancel my subscription and return the unused part". A plan's term starts at purchase and runs to its end.

Contact and changes to this policy

This policy is published by the operator of xfinitylabs.ir. Ask us anything about refunds, before or after you buy, through a ticket at /dashboard/tickets or by email at [email protected]. If you think an answer you received is wrong, say so in the same ticket and it will be reviewed again.

We may update this text in the future. Your order is governed by the version published at the time of purchase, and later changes never reduce the refund rights of purchases already made.

Still have a question?

Ask before you buy. Support is staffed around the clock and replies the same day.
