Licensing

End User Licence Agreement

The terms that govern your use of Xfinity software: what you are granted, what you are not granted, and when a licence stops working.

Last updated

Scope of this agreement and your acceptance

This agreement is between you and the operator of xfinitylabs.ir ("we"), and it covers your use of Xfinity software: xFinity IRFive, xFinity VMP, xFinity FiveM and the spoofer, cleaner and optimizer tools, along with the launcher, the updates and any licence key we issue to you.

By buying a plan, activating a key or running the launcher, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not install or run the software.

Some of our products have not been released yet and collect a waitlist rather than selling. No licence is issued for those products, and until they ship this agreement does not apply to them.

The licence we grant you

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to run the official build of the software, for the specific product you purchased, on one Windows device, for as long as your plan is valid.

This right is for your own personal use only. Any other use — commercial, shared, or on behalf of other people — falls outside what you have been granted, unless you have agreed it separately with us in writing.

The licence begins when your key is delivered. The key is issued as soon as your payment is confirmed; for a card-to-card payment, that is once we have matched your transfer against our bank account.

Ownership and intellectual property

The software is licensed to you, not sold. What you buy is permission to use it, not the software itself.

All ownership and intellectual property rights in the software remain with us: the code, the algorithms, the launcher, the interface, the design, the Xfinity name and marks, the documentation, and every update we publish. No rights are transferred to you beyond the ones written explicitly in this document.

Xfinity is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by, the developers or publishers of any game or platform. All other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

One licence, one product, one device

Each licence covers exactly one product. If you want two products, you need two licences; a key for one product will not unlock another.

On first activation, the licence binds to the hardware ID (HWID) of that machine and from then on runs only on that machine. The reason is straightforward: it stops a single key being passed around between several people.

The status of each licence, its expiry date and the device it is bound to are always visible in the licences area of your dashboard.

Device changes and your reset allowance

If you change your hardware or reinstall Windows, the hardware ID changes and the licence has to be moved to the new machine. Your allowance depends on your plan: the 1-day plan includes no device changes, the 1-month plan includes one per quarter, and the lifetime plan includes four per quarter.

If you need more than that, open a support ticket at /dashboard/tickets. We review requests and grant additional resets where they are reasonable. The allowance exists to prevent key sharing, not to make life hard for a genuine user.

What you may not do

You may not share, sell, rent, transfer or sublicense your licence or your key to anyone.

You also may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or the launcher, modify it or build derivative works from it, circumvent or disable the licence check or the hardware ID binding, or redistribute or mirror the installer and the launcher.

Breaking any of these voids your licence, and no refund is given in that case.

Online licence checks and the connectivity requirement

The software must validate your licence against our servers in order to run, and it reports in periodically while it is running. A stable internet connection is therefore a requirement, not a convenience. There is no offline mode.

If the connection drops, if the licence has expired or been blocked, or if the installed build is older than the minimum required version, the software will not start or will stop during that session.

These checks record data such as your hardware ID, your IP address and the country derived from it, and API request logs. The privacy policy explains this in detail.

Updates and the duration of your plan

For as long as your plan is valid, every update to that product is free and part of the same licence; we never charge separately for a new build. Updates may be mandatory, because older builds can no longer connect to the service.

There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewal and no stored payment methods. We never ask for your CVV2, PIN or online-banking password; for a card-to-card payment we keep only the bank's tracking code and the last four digits of the card you paid from. A plan simply expires on its end date; if you want to carry on, you buy again yourself.

We may change, add or remove features so that the software keeps pace with the platforms it targets. If the fault is ours — for example, a product you purchased is unavailable beyond our stated availability — we make it right unconditionally.

Breach, suspension and termination

If you breach this agreement, we may suspend or void your licence without a refund. Clear examples of breach are sharing or selling a key, tampering with the software, circumventing the licence check, and attempting fraudulent payment or a chargeback after receiving a key.

Once a licence is voided, the key is rejected at the next validation, the software stops and will not start again. Your right to use it ends at that point and you must delete any installed copies from your machine.

You can also stop using the software whenever you like; simply uninstall it. Stopping use does not by itself create a right to a refund: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided the licence key has not been activated on any device. Refunds go back by the same method you paid with.

No warranty — you run it at your own risk

The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will run on every Windows configuration, that it will be free of faults, that it will always be available, or that it will produce any particular result for you in any game or on any platform. The real availability of our services is reported on the public status page over a rolling 90-day window.

You run the software at your own risk. Back up anything important before you install it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of access to third-party accounts, interrupted play, or financial loss.

In any event, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question.

Your responsibility on third-party platforms

Using these tools may breach the rules or terms of service of the platform you play on, and may lead to consequences such as being removed from a server, having an account blocked, or losing progress. That decision and its consequences are entirely yours, and we accept no obligation for them.

You alone decide where the software runs, on which server, and under what circumstances — and you answer for that choice.

You must also comply with the law that applies where you live when you use the software. Using it to harass people, damage infrastructure or carry out any criminal activity is prohibited; reports of that kind are reviewed at [email protected].

Survival, changes and how to reach us

The clauses on ownership and intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimer of warranty, limitation of liability, and your responsibility on third-party platforms remain in force after your licence expires or is terminated.

If any clause of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay valid. If we do not act on one breach, that is not a waiver of later ones.

We may update this text; the version published on xfinitylabs.ir is always the version in force, and continuing to use the software after it is published means you accept the new version. For any question about this agreement, open a support ticket at /dashboard/tickets, answered 24/7, or email [email protected]. Our Discord and Telegram channels are available too.
